Are the MP3’s all original recordings?
Yes! We only intend to provide the highest quality mp3’s of the original recording for each song.
Is there a download limit?
No! Unlike other download sites, we do not cap the amount of times you can download a product. As far as we are concerned, once you have bought it, it is yours!
How do I download my files?
Easy! Once you order is processed and paid for you will receive an email with an instant download link – simply click on the link and your download will automatically download into your usual “Downloads” folder on your computer or device.
Do you sell physical cd’s and videos as well?
I’m afraid not! Around Sounds only sell digital music files and do not offer physical CD’s or vinyl alternatives. If the demand for this changes we will let you know!
Can I add my purchased music to iTunes?
Yes, Purchased Around Sounds music files can be added to iTunes using a computer. Download your purchased songs to your computer first.

Once imported, your music appears in your iTunes library.
Do I need to set up an account?
No – however it is advisable to set up an account the first time that you purchase with us. This means that you can store all of your digital music and video files in your personal safe, secure Account Area. You can then download, view and enjoy your purchases time and again at no extra charge.
How long will it take to download my files?
This depends on the file type. Single tracks will take seconds, but full albums may take much longer dependant on the number of tracks on the albums. Our videos take the longest as these are the largest file size due to the optimised rendered quality and maximum output to provide the best file quality. Be patient with these as dependant on your internet connectivity speed at the time of download these could take up to an hour! But remember, once they are downloaded, they are yours forever!
Can I stream on my phone or tablet?
All of our videos can be streamed on a phone or tablet by accessing your account first. Unfortunately streaming of mp3 music files is not allowed. These will have to be downloaded to your computer or device first.
Can I upgrade my Membership package?
Yes, of course – just go to the Member Area and select “upgrade”.
How easy is it to cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time at no extra charge. Simple!
